Interpretation

The words in which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.

The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in the singular or in the plural.

  • You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
  • We (referred to as either, “Throwback” "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Fay Wholesale Inc., located at 21008 Sheridan St, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33332, United States.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to the site accessible from https://throwbackcigars.shop.
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Delivery

 

When will I get my order?

  • Order processing time at Throwback is typically 3 working days. Public holidays are not included in the "working days" count.

 

  • There are some exceptions where an order may ship out later than expected day. If this is the case for your order, then the estimated delivery date presented at checkout will take the actual ship date into account.

 

  • All orders will be shipped via USPS.

 

  • Throwback provides each delivery with a tracking number, which will be sent to customers once it becomes available.

 

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

 

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

 

Do you offer FREE SHIPPING?

Yes, we offer Free shipping on all orders.

 

Do you ship Internationally?

Throwback offers shipping within the United States as of now.

 

What Happens If My Order Is Delayed?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

 

I entered the wrong address at the time of checkout. Can I change it?

If the order is still in the processing phase then we can still change it. Please contact us at   support@throwbackcigars.shop at the earliest. However, if the order is already shipped then we can’t do anything in that case.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:  

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at support@throwbackcigars.shop with your order number.   

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

 

Please note:

  • No replacement will be provided if you have entered the wrong delivery address while placing the order.
  • We will only send a free replacement if we found out that the mistake was made on our end.

 

 

 

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking number via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at support@throwbackcigars.shop.  

 

 

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at support@throwbackcigars.shop within thirty (30) days with photos/videos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
